University of Arkansas GK-12 Professional Development Opportunity

Teacher participants of the GK-12 Program must commit to:

  • Summer training: Friday, June 6, 2008 - June 27, 2008
  • Collaboration throughout the school year to include a monthly meeting with other participating teachers
  • Parent education through parent night activities
  • Pre and post project evaluation (reflection log and quarterly observation)
In addition, teachers are also required to submit a letter of support from their principal. During the completion of the online application, please attach this letter to an e-mail to be sent to Dr.Morgan Ware. It is recommended that you obtain the electronic file of the support letter from your principal prior to beginning the online application.
